November 19 There will be no regular classes because Action Portrait Photos will be here doing pictures of you in your uniform with green screen and everything.Sign up now. Spots are starting to fill up.

November 26th No Classes due to THANKSGIVING!

Our first workshop in December will be a FREE Black Belt /Master’s Club workshop on Muay Thai Boxing & MMA. It’s open to everyone Kids and adults whether you are a member of the Black Belt Club or not .Come see what we do in the black Belt Club. Who knows, you might be missing a lot!
